MK1 vs Fenix 5s - what fitness features are missing?

I am considering getting MK1 but I can't find what is missing from Fenix 5s in terms of fitness functionality. I currently have Fenix 3 and use it for cycling (simple - time and distance), running (full blown running dynamics is required, I do have a HRM strap) and just log basic cardio (just time and HR) when I am at the gym.

I want to switch since I am doing technical diving and free diving and it would makes sense to have one device to cover it all: day to day fitness (sell F3) + backup computer for tech diving (Perdix SW is prime, always!) + freediving (sell Mares Apnea).

I am just not sure if MK1 has the fitness features I need.

P.S. Teric looks great though. I can get it way cheaper than MK1 but I am not ready to spend that much for a 100% backup unit.
