Swimming app disappeared

My swimming app has disappeared, not the open water swimming but the Pool swimming, and I cant find it in the store or anywhere else. How to get it reinstalled?

Is Pool Swimming listed ‘Activities & Apps?

Go to the Main Menu
Choose Settings
Choose Activities & Apps

If it is not in that list, choose ‘Add Apps’ at the bottom and set it as a favorite there.
