How do I fix Garmin Z80 frequent crash issue?

Hi, I've had my Garmin Z80 for almost a year now. I am still facing frequent device crash issue. When the Garmin Z80 does this, it will reboot itself but sometimes it will just freeze. Has anyone managed to fix this problem?

I have the same problem since i got it 10 months ago. i feel like throwing it to the dust bin. what a useless product!!!!
