X40 Approach constantly having issues with Syncing, freezing and not updating exercises

Tried all of the recommendations to solve ran into a dead end.

Have to constantly load on the App and setup.

When working is duplicating the exercises, stumped?

I have had for about three years, would I need to do a factory reset and remove the history to free up space on the drive?

Hello, yes you can try to reset the device. There shouldn't be any need to free up space on the device. Please also try updating the software.

Hi Having the same problem, all bio sync is fine, Golf will not sync, have all permissions enabled and have had this problem with an older X40, purchased a new one and still have the same issue.
