Pairing

Just opened my new S40 approach golf watch.

I cannot get the watch to pair with the app on my phone.

Tried via the app as suggested and via phone Bluetooth but it doesn't seem to find it?

Any suggestions appreciated

Just downloaded Garmin express to my mac but came back with

'device not compatible with express'
