S40 only allows two puts

My new S40 only allows two puts to be recorded on some holes, also scorecards always upload to my excluding puts what am I doing wrong? The retailer has offered to change the watch but I would rather avoid doing so due to the delays over Covid.

I do the alteration when I get back home on my PC. Go to latest scorecard and click the edit (pencil) icon. You can change the putt numbers there.

Cheers, i was hoping to avoid having to do that, one of the reasons I ditched my old Tom tom!

Sorry, me again. Having played a couple of times since I replied. My S40 allows me to enter the number of puts on the watch as I'm leaving the hole. First question is total shots and then it asks how many puts. All on the phone. Yours should be doing this I guess.

Yes mine is the same, but the problem I am having on some holes it will only let me record one or two putts, if yours lets you record as many putts as you wish on all holes mine must have a software problem.
