Autoshot analyzer screen S20 not showing the distances and clubs used

I bought this watch in Oct 2020 and I'm encountering some issues with the auto shot feature of the watch. The "Approach S20 Golf Watch: Using AutoShot Round Analyzer" video shows that users can see the clubs and distances made at a certain hole. I have been using the watch for 10 rounds already but I was not able to access this screen.

Any suggestions on what to do?

You must have enable scoring and shot tracking enabled. While playing, as long as you are inputting clubs uses for Autoshot, it is your Measure Shot feature that shows you the information in the picture…

I did enable the scoring and shot tracking features. Also, while playing I always input my club used. I also went to Measure Shot and tried to get the distance. However, all I got was something like a counter and I had to walk to my ball and look at what Measure Shot said. It showed the distance from what I played but not the distance of each hit I made as it says in the video.
