I pulled up "Recording Statistics" as you suggested, because I suddenly have the same problem as Chris. Never had to access "Scorecard" before while playing in order to enter putts, penalties or fairway misses. It was just "Start Round." After I finished a hole on a par 4 for example, it was up or down arrow to adjust strokes, then "OK." After that the screen showed number of putts = 2. Up or down arrow again to adjust putts, then "OK." Next came fairway misses and penalties. Make all those adjustments, then a final "OK", then next hole pops up. BTW, I also get error message saying courses not available, although my course is always available.
