Round failed to sync

I saved my round on my watch but it has failed to sync and appear on my phone in the app. I have tried syncing on my computer as well and that hasn't worked. Is there a way to manually access the round from my watch and sync to the golf app?

Please try syncing with Garmin Express on your computer. The Approach S20 has a Scorecards folder. If anything went sideways with your scorecard sync using your Golf APP, the end result will…

Same for me on Saturday. Saved a “good” round on my Approach 20 but not on my Garmin connect app on my Samsung 8 ?

Please try syncing with Garmin Express on your computer. The Approach S20 has a Scorecards folder. If anything went sideways with your scorecard sync using your Golf APP, the end result will be the scorecard being deleted and no scorecard on Garmin Connect. If you still have the scorecard on your Approach S20, Garmin Express will add it to your Garmin Connect account.
