In a tough situation where you have pulled out all the stops based on our Bluetooth Pairing articles in our Support Center, the most thorough step is to start from square one. Delete the Connect Mobile APP and Golf APP off your smartphone. Fully reset your Approach S20 back to factory defaults. Remove your Approach S20 from your smartphone's Settings > Bluetooth menu. If you still cannot Bluetooth pair through the Golf APP after you have downloaded it to your phone again, it is going to be an issue with your Approach S20.
