Hi

When I try to update my s20 it keeps showing an error of "some files could not be sent to your device."   "Golf clubs (not compatible)". Should I hard reset the device and try again?

Have the same issue, and by trying all my golf files are now deleted.

Synchronization stops by Golf Clubs (Not Compatible).

I have done a hard reset of the S20; Garmin Express uninstalled, re-downloaded and re-installed. All to little avail...

There are 4 items to synchronize: 3 regions and a "golf clubs" item. The latter one causes the problem and everything stalls.

    Garmin should bring a solution:

Long term: new version of Garmin express eliminating the bug.

Short term: some pc instructions like the kind of "windows+R and %blablabla% etc", to eliminate the golf club items in the synchronization items.

I hope Garmin does something more than moderating the messages and will comment on these troubles.

    Problem solved.

Thanks to Erik from the Garmin Benelux help center.

In summary hard reset + reinstall of Garmin express.

But most importantly when synchronizing skip each time the request to sign in on Garmin Connect.

I guess the "Not Compatible Golf Clubs" item is an input from Garmin Connect...

    Good luck.
