Scorecard data not syncing

Was there a solution identified for Garmin HR not syncing scorecard data? There were several posts but no solution offered that I could see. This has happened to me several rounds in a row now. Very frustrating as I rely on these to maintain my handicap. I will need to seek out another device if this can’t be resolved.

    What I also had on my smartphone was the garmin golf app, that synced with the watch no problem, so until garmin sorts out the garmin connect I'd use the golf app in the mean time... hope this is helpful to you until connect syncs back up with your watch.

    I just spoke to Garmin support as this problem has happened to me intermittently. The issue is with the Connect app on the smartphone. They told me there was a glitch. I was advised to sync the watch on the computer FIRST, then the info will not be lost and it will get reflected on the app as well. He said to do that until there is an update to fix the problem. They are obviously not quick to fix problems on the app. 

  • my problem was solved by:

    1. end round on watch

    2. load garmin connect on phone

    3. now Sync and it works everytime

    if I load garmin connect first on my phone and then try end round-  it fails everytime.

    I did what they told me (sync on the computer first) but it didn't work. Very disappointed with this watch now. I had no problem with that last year. 

    GARMIN SUPPORT DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS FLAW.
