700i cannot add satellite imagery: status message is "Requesting Map Update Data"

Need help. 700i cannot add satellite imagery: status message is "Requesting Map Update Data" and after a couple of minutes it goes back to prior menu. Device is updated (ver. 20.50) and connected to home WiFi. Following Garmin's instructions to the T, but not working. The only thing I find when searching this site but don't find this issue. Thanks in advance for your help!

Confirm that I've the same problem, impossible add a new satellite images . Fw ver.20.50

I did contact Product Support and they had no solution (only tried to replicate it on another Montana 700i but unable to).

Ask support to escalate the ticket.

Reaching WAY back in my memory, I seem to recall that this kind of thing works best if you set up WiFi (for the 7x0i) in Garmin Express, not directly on the device. I could be wrong, though. It has been a loooong time since I did this.

The 20.50 update has broken my Montana, I can't add satellite images. Message: Can't connect to Outdoor Maps+ servers
I've spoken to Garmin support and they say they can't give me a solution.

Please fix this asap.
