Looking to do some specific map work in a particular location (not where the garmin is) with satellite in demo mode.
Essentially I would like to reset the map position to a particular location (perhaps using a waypoint) so that I can do some work onscreen without moving.
With GPS "on" the map will always recenter to current coordinates.
With "demo" mode on the map will always go back to last known GPS coordinates. The "back" symbol in the lower left will take you there, trying to prevent this.
