Why does my garmin 700i shut down when i select find > address

Hello, what softwaare version is your device on? Have you updated the software on it? Updating the Software on Your Montana 700, 700i, or 750i
Mine does the same and sometimes shuts donw randomly during navigation
Same do you have Wi-Fi or Bluetooth on? Mine doesn't as often with both off. I use my phone with the explore app to input addresses quickly from text or google maps.
YEs I normally keep at least bluetooh oh for the same reason
