No 'Vehicle' folder visible on Montana 700

I'm trying to install a custom vehicle icon as per these instructions:

'Connect your Montana to your computer using the usb cable and use your finder (mac) or file explorer (win) to open the Montana as you would a regular USB drive. Open Garmin > Vehicles. Place the .srf file in that folder. Disconnect and turn your Montana on and for each profile, choose what vehicle you want under Map > Setup > Advanced Setup > Vehicle.'

Whe I open the 'Garmin' folder, there is no 'Vehicle' folder present. Nor can I find it using the search function (using Windows).

Do you have an SD card in your Montana? If so are you sure you are looking at the correct drive in Windows/Mac? The internal memory and SD card namely show up as two different drives in Windows/Mac.

Simply create the directory if none exists.
