Error on calories report on App Connect

Hello,

I'm using my montana 700 with E-MTB and I've set a data field to shown a burned calories during the activity.

When I look at the report on the "connect" app, the calories shown are different from those shown in the data field, even though they belong to the same activity .
Also it seems that the ones shown in the "connect" app are underestimated
Does anyone have the same problem?
How can I solve it?

Please clarify the sensor arrangement you are using. Something built into the bike (with ANT support)? One of Garmin's Rally power meter pedals? Something else? Also, does this involve a Connect-IQ data field?

On the flip side, does the data on Connect come from the 700i or from the something on the bike itself?

Hello,

I'm using the ANT sensors of my E-Bike (power, cadence etc...) and an ANT heart rate monitor .

On the Montana, the e-Bike data field has shown with IQ-data field, but the calories has shown with Montana original data field...

All the data shown on "connect" is from the "Montana", there is no data coming directly from the e-bike.

The strange thing is that the calories data field is not from the "montana" because the value shown is completely different.

I think the calories shown on the montana are correct while those on the Connect app are wrong...

Open a support ticket. Not sure how much help you're going to get because there are a lot of non-Garmin parts here...

have been waiting for more than two months for a response from Garmin on this error.
Does anyone have any idea how it can be solved?
I have spent more than 500 euros on a computer that was supposed to do "everything " but actually does not do it well at the moment....

If you used email to open the support ticket, you might want to try again using chat or phone. I know it can be inconvenient. But, based on forum traffic, email is something of a black hole. Problem reports in, nothing out. At least not in finite time.
