Data field and garmin connect app

Hello, 

I use montana 700  for  my MTB activity and I've installed a power data field to measure my  power performance.

Data field show correcly the power from the  ANT sensor on montana, but  montana probably don't send to garmin connect this data because  the app  don't show these ..  

How I can resolve this issue?

Any ideas?

    If your Montana 700 is not sending power data to Garmin Connect, here are a few things you can try:

    • Make sure that your Montana 700 is properly paired with your phone or computer, and that the Garmin Connect app is open and actively syncing data.

    • Check that the power data field is enabled on your Montana 700 and that it is set up correctly. Try removing the data field and re-adding it to make sure that it is properly configured.

    • If the issue persists, try resetting your Montana 700 to its default settings. Go to Settings > System > Reset > Reset Defaults. Note that this will erase all data on your device, so make sure to back up any important information before doing this.

    • If none of the above steps work, there may be an issue with the power data field itself. Try using a different power data field to see if the issue persists.

    • Contact Garmin customer support for further assistance if the problem continues.
