I can’t save contacts in my 750i under the In reach

I had a simular issue with my Ireach contacts on my 700i.

Contacted Garmin support and they suggested to do a full reset.

that solved my problem.

Performing a Full Reset

1. Power off the Montana
2. Press and hold Power until the LED becomes red, then release
3. Double-tap Power to start the reset
   • The screen will indicate it is resetting and display the progress, then shut off
4. Power the Montana back on normally
5. Select your language
   • The Montana 700i and 750i will display the option to Activate or Skip, select Skip. You will then need to re-pair and sync with the Explore app
