BirdsEye Maps are displayed as white spaces

Downloaded Maps BirdsEye are displayed as white spaces. Also, maps of format *.jnx are not displayed.

What I should do?

montana750i (version soft 10.90 )

1. BirdsEye via BaseCamp

2. Direct on GPSr

I tried this and that.

.jnx files do not display at all

Which device? Firmware? BirdsEye via BaseCamp or Direct on GPSr?

Did you enable them in the map page layer menu?

Yes, I tried to delete everything and fill in the card again, and reload, and turn on only one card, and this and that, and as a result, nothing !!!

Zero issues getting that are to display on my 750i v10.90, loaded via BirdsEye Direct.

Where are the JNX files loaded on your device? Internal, or microSD?

I would remove them all, reboot, then try a single download again, with all other maps disabled. Keep the basemap enabled, nothing more.
