Track/Active route colour

Good morning I have just purchased a 750i and was wondering if you guys might be able to help me with a question. When I activate a route the system is changing the track/route colour from the chosen Red to a Purple which is hard to see on the map. I would like to change the colour back to Red. I have looked though the settings but am not able to see where this change can be made.

Any help would be much appreciated.

AFAIK, you cannot change the color of the active route (the one you are following).

The standard Cyan color is really hard to see when near or on water. Annoying.

After months of searching (not continuously, but every time I was annoyed with it) I found how to change it. (My preference is pink.)

Home screen ==> Add Page; Choose “Recording controls”

Open Recording controls.

Select Second tab page (there is a circled “I” from “information” on this tab page)

First item is “Color” with no further explanation. Change this one to select the color of the active track.
