CityNavigator has no details. No street names, nothing.

When I try to use CityNavigator no details appear. An arrow appears on my 750i screen with a little color, green and brown. Nothing else appaers on the screen, no street names blank screen basically.

Check the zoom level. The amount of detail displayed depends on the zoom.

Also, be sure that you are looking a CN and not something else. Map Page > Hamburger > Map Setup > Configure Maps. To be absolutely SURE of what is enabled, turn Automatic Maps OFF. Then make sure that CN North America NT... is turned ON.
