Garmin explore problem

I wanna add montana 750i to Garmin explore, but not recognised, in connect was found, explore has problem, always retrying find, but nothing... I have reinstall explore, Whats wrong?

Problem solved, in GC deleted and add 750i, all work:)

Try adding the Montana to Garmin Connect Mobile, then to Explore.

I was add it to connect, its ok, but explore nothing

Call tech support on Monday. My 750i is working fine with explore.
