How do I get the map page to track my progress while driving ?

While I'm driving with the 700I my map doesn't seem to automatically track my progress like a normal automotive GPS does.

The icon will drive off the map unless I recenter it as I go.

Am I missing a setting ?

I'm in automotive mode.

All that comes to mind is if you are in panning mode it could happen. There would be a “back” arrow in the lower left corner instead of the menu icons across the bottom.

Press the back arrow to release control of the map back to the Montana after touching the map display for any reason.
