Birdseye Direct imagery not displaying/overlaying on top of TOPO PRO 1:25k

Hello Garmin,

I noticed that Birdseye Direct downloaded imagery is not displayed on territory covered by Great BritiainTOPO PRO 1:25k maps (010-12208-01 which I bought directly from Garmin) at all. It does work with ANY other country/territory (which I tested) where Birdseye Direct imagery correctly overlays some other maps I have. For instance, I can use Birdseye Direct imagery with Switzerland TOPO, but it just doesn't work with Great Britain PRO 1:25k maps. Any idea what the problem could be?

lrt Paullygb1, Update: The Great Britain TOPO 1:25k map currently isn't compatible with the Montana 700-series devices, however, we are hoping for a software update early next year that will fix this.…

You can see they are not going to respond here - You will be much better off calling Garmin and getting a customer support tech to generate a case number for you.

Sorry for the delay. I have sent you both PM's to gather some more information so we can investigate this. I will need a copy of the GarminDevice.XML file from the Montana, as well as screenshots or photos showing the issue with Birdseye. Please reply to the PM I sent you.
