Increase brightness in AMPS

Hello,

is it possible to increase the maximum brightness if the Montana 7xx is in the external powered AMPS, or is this already the limit of the display hardware?

No the brightness is what it is. Several posts on other sites complaining it's not bright enough. I'm OK with it.

yup the brightness level sucks big time on the 700 series, I have both AMPS SUCTION CUP MOUNT WITH SPEAKER & AMPS RUGGED MOUNT WITH AUDIO/POWER CABLE and do nothing for brightness it would be nice if it could

Garmin Get To Work so we can up the brightness if possible

Yes, Garmin, when power consumption doesn't matter, give us the brightest screen possible, please.

Currently there isn't a way to increase the brightness beyond the maximum. I have opened a Support Ticket to document users requesting more brightness and would be happy to add you to the ticket along with any feedback you have regarding why you'd like this feature.
