It is an optional Data Field, like Speed, Time, Elevation. Whichever screen you want to see Temperature on: Unlock Data Fields with the 3 bars options, then touch the Data Field you want to change to Temperature. A list of Categories will display. Temperature is in Current Status. There’s also a 24hr Max or Min Temperature choice in the Other folder.
