Montana 700, advice for a case?

Yeah that's what I thought too when I saw the product's dimensions, but my gut feeling told me to give it a shot anyway and I couldn't find much more with soft lining anyway. Thing with these pouches is that you never really know how spacious they are until you use them. 

How are the pouch trials going? I do like the one with the single buckle down the middle in the pictures later in posts.

This is what I have achieved:. ONETIGRIS cut out and sent to a sewing workshop.
It fits pretty tight, I guess it will get better with use.

GPS training are stocking carry cases for the Montana 700 series, they have a nice little video review too. I have bought one and it is perfect for the job - gpstraining.co.uk/.../montana-700-series-carry-case

The case in that link won't fit. Won't even start to fit. :(.  Back to the drawing board unless you have a part number..thanks anyway

In the message I sent, I already warned that it was a tight fit. But it does fit.

In fact there is an image with the GPS inside.
With use it seems to fit more smoothly into the case.

Again. No way it would fit in the one Amazon sent. I did find a awesome fit in this NiteEze. Double Wide. I cut out and trimmed the best I could. I could do it better next time. Curves and better binding I'd have to order. But what the heck. Just a GPS case.
