Issues with messages Bluetoothed to Mini 2 via App

When I create a message in Messenger App (paired with Mini 2) where one of recipients is my Mapshare about 60% of messages do not appear in Mapshare although all are received by email addresses. Does anyone else have this problem? I have been exchanging emails with Support for 12 months+ but issue is unresolved.

  • Do not even TRY to use email for support. Based on forum posts, it's a black hole. Use chat or phone instead.

    If the messages are received by email recipients, they are making it to the Garmin servers. Be sure that you actually specified a MapShare as a recipient. In general, ONLY messages addressed to MapShare appear there.
