Help my Garmin inreach 2 is not finding satellites

Help ,hi all my Garmin inreach 2 is not finding satellites it stopped two days ago ,also it's not tracking me i'm traveling the world for 5 years and i'm very remote currently in Argentina / Chile. my subscription rolls over on the 6th of month and is current I've just checked I've also done a software update and switched it off and on ,I have sent a text message with the exploer app that works ok and I can see the Horizon all the way around where I am camped with nothing in the way HELP .. i have three more years left to travel thanks andy

It sounds like your inReach Mini 2 is connecting to the Iridium satellites since you are able to send inReach messages. What are you seeing that suggests that the device is not finding GPS satellites?

If tracking points are not being sent from the device, please double-check to make sure that the tracking is turned on and set to your desired interval. If all settings are correct and tracking is enabled, but tracking points are not being sent, please reset your inReach Mini 2 (Full Reset of the inReach Mini 2), pair with the Explore app again, and start tracking again. If tracking points are still not being sent, please contact Product Support directly for assistance with your device

The M2 uses an EPO file. An expired EPO will not prevent the device from acquiring a fix, but it may take a long time. Syncing will refresh the EPO.

Given the power-saving habits of the M2, I am not sure it will ever acquire an almanac from the constellation. So the EPO needs to be up to date.

thanks for you reply , i did a full reset and still nothing so iv'e just paired it to my phon and now it started to work , thanks for your help ..andy
