I recently purchased the Garmin InReach 2 and have been putting it through its paces. However, I've run into an issue that I can't seem to resolve.
While my messages are successfully being sent from the device, they never seem to arrive on my recipients' phones. Oddly enough, when I send a message via email, everything works perfectly, and they receive it in their inbox as expected. I've already checked their spam folders in the messaging apps, but nothing seems to be there either.
Has anyone experienced this before or know what might be causing the problem? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
