Version 4.25 not available

My mini 2 has an active Freedom subscription but does not appear to want to upgrade to 4.25. the version shows in the Explore App but even after syncing with the mini is not showing on the device. Trying to update on the device just says no updates available.

Done several successful updates in the past. Am I missing anything?

I would try to update via Garmin Express.

The Garmin Explore app will only download software updates automatically behind the scenes while your inReach Mini 2 handheld is connected to your mobile phone with a data connection. There are no steps required to obtain the latest software, the update may take up to 45 minutes with a continuous connection. Thanks. Worked on garminexpress.

I was just surprised as it always auto updated in the past. I had left in on and connected to phone for some hours with a live subscription as well.
