Computer Can't Recognize InReach MINI

I have an inreach mini. It charges fine but I can't get a computer to recognize it through the USB port so I can update it through Garmin Express.

Did you try a different USB cable? Many USB cables only allow a device to charge but do not allow a device to connect to a computer.
