Share.Garmin.com telling my family that I have "disabled messaging/location requests or do not have an inReach device currently"

I can't figure out why my family can't message me anymore or request my location.

I bought my inReach mini during Black Friday of 2023, now that it's summer I activated a subscription in May of 2024, and my aunt and I were playing with the features. She could message me just find up till May 20th, after that when she goes into the share.garmin.com page that my inReach sent her so she can follow my location it shows the following errors:

And it's not just her getting this error, it's all of my contacts that I have saved to the device. What am I doing wrong? How do I fix this issue?

Hello, It is possible you have the viewers ability to request your location turned off on mapshare. This however, does not stop them from seeing your tracks if you have the send interval turned on on your device and start tracking. I would recommend looking at your mapshare settings and making sure it is setup. Setting Up MapShare for an inReach Mini 2

Hi Leslie,

I thought all my map share setting were the same but some way some how they did get changed. This has fixed the issue.
