inReach Mini 2 - Activation - "Invalid Unit Number" in Explore Web

Hey,

I am trying to activate my inReach Mini 2 in the web Explore.

After entering EMEI, Activation Code and Country, ticking the two aceptance boxes I am gettin the Error Message "Invalis Unit Number"

Any known solutionshere?

I had the same issue. Use the Messenger app on your phone. That worked for me.

Thanks for your answer. Will try it. Did you reset anything on other divices you failed the activation process?

No. You need to pair your device to your phone and activate through Garmin Messenger app.

Did as you wrote. But no success. Still getting the message "Invalid Unit Number"

Hey,

contact [email protected] and explain the issue. They need the IMEI, SN and the invoice.

I got answer within 24h. Unit got an reset by Garmin and all was fine.
