I am entering all the required information and I still receive the following error message:

"the user object contains invalid values"

I have researched and and attempted everything suggested but am unable to get past this message and I am unable to activate the device. HELP PLEASE!

Hello, are you seeing this error at explore.garmin.com or in the messenger app? Have you tried clearing the browser cache or private browsing window? Clear the Browser History, Cache, Temporary Internet Files, or Open a Private Window on a Desktop or Laptop Computer // Clear the Browser History, Cache, Temporary Internet Files, or Open a Private Window on a Mobile Device
