Use of Mini 2 by organisation during crisis

Hi everybody,

I work as a chief security officer in a major international company in a country severely stricken by war and other crises.  To account for staff members (over 300), I have instigated a warden system, whereby staff are split into groups of around 30, based on geographical location, with one more senior staff memebr designated as the group leader (warden). We have issued each warden with an InReach Mini 2 in order to ensure communications should the cell network go down.  My questions to the forum are:

1.  Is there any way as the 'Administrator', that I can track all 10 InReach units in my Explore app?  It would be good to have visibility of where my groups are if the SHTF.

2.  What subscription would be best for our usage?

3.  Are there any suggestions how to maximise the efficacy of the system?
