1. Two arrows next to menu/OK button? 2. Nearly always get "poor reception" 3. How to make check-ins list into a downloadable form like GPX?

I succesfully did a 3 1/2 week tour of Spain on a motorcycle with the IR Mini 2 on the handlebars with clear view of sky (Mostly blue skies, few clouds) and have a few questions.

Firstly, I often saw two little arrows next to OK button on display, but not all the time.

Would I be right in saying it means communicating with satellites, or more importantly, WAITIING to communicate with satellites?

Secondly, even with a clear sky and clear view of the sky, I nearly always get the "poor satellite reception" message despite having GNSS enabled (In Spain and France), after a few minutes very often the check-in will send, but annoying nonetheless.

Thirdly, I have a list of all the check-ins showing my track around Spain and France (I'm a cheapskate so bought the basic package to use check-ins to track me).

How can I download them to save for viewing later, ie. a GPX file?

Thanks in advance.
