Contact emails not syncing

I have phone numbers and emails in my contacts when I look in the Explore app. Only the phone numbers sync with the device. What am I missing?

Hello 7321231 Are the contacts in explore coming from your phone contacts or have you added them from the explore website? Creating and Editing Contacts on the Garmin Explore Website

I’m talking about contacts entered in Explore. Phone numbers sync, emails do not.

When you say e-mails do not what are you meaning? The e-mail address that you have listed in the contact on your phone does not sync over? Or, your list of e-mail contacts in your e-mail do not? Maybe a bit mroe clarity here would help me understand what is happening more clearly.
