Are you talking about the compass page? Speed is irrelevant there. I believe the field was replaced with something more useful, but I can't remember what. Maybe the relative bearing (correction needed) or distance?

there is no longer a single speed display in the overall device. how can you call a speedometer irrelevant? this is absolutely basic information in the field of GPS and navigation. This device is not only intended for hiking, where you can do without speed, it is also usedon boats.. here a speed indicator is absolutely important.
