Firmware 3.17 Update Notification

It would be great it available software updates were posted here like most other device forums.

The issue with the watches has not been fixed yet.

Dan.Boilermaker We have posted a firmware update change log to this forum page. We do not post them until they are rolled out 100%.

Great, though it isn't showing up for me yet, no matter how I sync. Is this supposed to fix the issue with remotes (watches) not sending coordinates?

Former Member We have not put out any notice of this issue being fixed yet. However, if it is not showing up for you in the app have you tried in Garmin Express?

Garmin-Leslie, the update does list in Explorer on my phone but syncing didn't load it. Today it did finally appear in Express and is updating now... Yes, "About" now shows 3.17.
twolpert, I know it wasn't listed in the change log but I was hopeful. Yesterday I joined the webinar and asked about it. Staff said it was fixed (they thought).

Trying a windowsill test now, but iffy. Will be on the trail later today and report back in the other thread.

Update: Nope. Not in the windowsill. Not on the trail.
