My new inReach mini 2 lost a full 100% battery charge after being powered off for 3 days, during which I was driving a lot. (By "powered off" i mean held down the power button until the device told me it powered down, with a 100% charge). The device is fully up to date with its software updates, too.
Fortunately there was no emergency during this time where I'd have needed to use it, but this experience makes me really not trust the device.
Please advise. How should I attempt to fix this?
