US bought Inreach mini 2 to use with a local subscription in Europe?

Hi, am looking to buy a Garmin Inreach Mini 2. However due to my husbands work we might relocate from the US to Scandinavia within 1-2 years. Can I bring a US bought Inreach mini 2 to use with a local subscription? We will get our income in the local currency, so keeping a US subscription would be inconvenient.

Not sure, but I don't think it is a 'US' subscription.
It's a Garmin subscription in which I assigned a Credit Card for payment (In my case a Dutch Credit Card)

If you get another Credit Card you can always change the payment method.

Thanks for pointing out the billing location, will check on the details but am guessing it probably won’t make sense to change.

Since you will originally be setting your device up for a US account, when you move you will need to contact our billing team to have the country on your account changed to the new country.
