Map share is not showing anything

A newly activated account, a few manual and automatic tracking points were sent as well as a check in - nothing on the map. Mobile or desktop. In app or when a link sent to friends.

It does not work! The wheel is turning and turning over again, without showing anything. I tried with a friend's map link and this is exactly the same.

next joke from Garmin:

when I sent a message from the device to some recipients and mapshare, the mapshare link is not able to find anything.

I am getting some info that it was not yet included in the map and I should try in few minutes.

30min later still nothing here

what is few minutes in Garmin slang?

this is exactly what I have too! sometimes the point on the map appears almost instantly, but more often - after hours!

Mine hasn't been updating tracks consistently like it used to. Now it only shows a few points severely delayed by hours in the last few days. Maybe it's related to this issue, but I've had the problem for days and the issue posted seems to be from the last couple of hours only.

I'm experiencing the same problem... device tracking via mapshare stopped updating early this morning, never resumed. On the device it shows it is still sending tracking points. Restarted garmin device and sent new tracking link, but now when mapshare link is clicked it shows nothing on the map.

Explore maps and MapShare still "delayed". Again. That's now, of course, not 3 days ago...

Garmin really needs to stabilise their maps and tracking. Smaller companies have it better sorted. When someone is doing proper adventure stuff, it's imperative that their shore contact can track them robustly on the map

so far I can asses it, all seems to work as expected now.

It was definitely so that mapshare did not get all the data which were displayed on explore
