In Essential you get a number of messages you can send before you have to pay for overages. In Enabled don’t get a number of messages, all messaging and tracking is on pay-per-use base. SOS messaging is unlimited in both plans.
So Enabled is an alternative for people who send few messages but still want to trigger an SOS.
