Quick Text Messages, How To Find and Select to Send

When in the Messenger App on my cell, with the BT connection working to the Messenger device: Where are the Quick Text messages on the Messenger App, and how do I select one to the be the text of the message to be sent to a recipient over Messenger?

Quick Text messages are only available on the Messenger device itself and not in the Messenger app. See https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=icTGocuFYw88BFNWburNv8.

Thank you Why on earth would they do that, when they have checkin messages on the App? Perplexing. But at least I know.

Quick Text messages are meant to quickly send a message from the device itself using the limited number of buttons. On a phone there is no such limitation so I can understand the decision here.

And note that check-in messages are something different than Quick Text messages
