One Text (Message)with tracking per day?

One Text (Message) per day? I want to send my wife a single (automated, hopefully) message per day that has a link to a map with my location and previous 24hrs tracking info. Possible? Thanks Greg

Hello, 1601556 It is not possible to have an automated message go out, you would have to manually send the message. However, you can setup a mapshare page and start tracking to have it send location data…

So far, this thread only addresses the message. In order to include your track, you must be sending track points via satellite.

Also, I do not THINK that the map to which the message links shows anything except the message location. You will likely need to use MapShare to include your track.

Ah yes, overlooked the part with the 24hrs tracking info. Take care, sending track points via satellite may produce extra costs, depending on your activated subscription plan.

Hello, 1601556 It is not possible to have an automated message go out, you would have to manually send the message. However, you can setup a mapshare page and start tracking to have it send location data at regular intervals to the mapshare page when you start tracking. Setting Up MapShare for an inReach Messenger
