I'm trying to install Messenger app on a new phone and I can't get past the verification process. Support is not helping. They blame the cellular network as being "complicated " and seem to be ********* hires.
Edit: It took them a few days but they got it done. I believe that Inreach is made for communication over the satellite network. SMS messaging is not important for the Inreach app. Most smart phones already have apps for that. Preventing use of the app because SMS doesn't work is foolish .
