Explore Website messages

I sent my family the link and password for my Explore website. Unfortunately, they can't send messages even though I have enabled this. On a computer, the error message "Internal Server Error" from share.garmin.com is displayed, on a mobile phone only "Failed".
My current tariff is "Freedom Expedition".

What exactly do I have to change?

Open a support ticket. When you open the ticket. be sure to be clear that you are talking about MapShare NOT your account page at explore.garmin.com. (Your original post makes it sound like the account page.)

I am still very inexperienced in this forum. Where and how exactly do I open a support ticket?

The error message comes when trying to send a message to the inReach device from MapShare Site.

They do not make this easy to find.

Use the buttons at the bottom of the page to choose the support channel. If you have the option, choose chat or phone. Based on forum feedback, email is not very effective.

Hello, 5645754 I am going to send you a private message to gather more information from you. However you will want to make sure you have checked all your settings and given permission for the use of mapshare which can all be done from the social tab on your account.

You can subscribe to notifications there.

However, the notifications typically lag the actual start of the incident. Somebody has to actually NOTICE the problem first.
