i was under the impression that changes i make on the explore.garmin.com website would be reflected on the messenger device and the messenger app on my phone but that isn't happening.
the instruction on the garmin support website tell me to log in and go to the "plans and devices" tab and select "sync and update. This does not appear on that page. I have the device name with its IMEI and a Subscription link but that's it. nothing to the right but blank space. i plugged my device into my windows 10 desktop but nothing changed. i tried a different browser
what am i doing wrong?
this also means that i cannot download the Inreach Sync Desktop App since I cannot get to any download page.
